The secret to a happier life is contained within you. You already know it. You already have the answers and solutions you need. The challenge is being open to receiving them, and then acting on them. It’s time to take action, after all, we already know everything we need to know.
It’s time to take action.
● Take action: Learn from the past, but don’t let it hold you back.
● Let go of the past: Don’t be afraid of making mistakes, or failing—you’ll never learn if you don’t try.
● Don’t be afraid to succeed: And don’t be afraid to succeed either! If you want something badly enough and work hard for it, pay attention and learn from your experiences along the way, then no matter what happens next in your life I know that you will always find a way forward with grace and determination.
We already know everything.
You already know what you need to do. You have the answers and the power to change that. You can start by changing your mind about yourself, then changing your life.
You are in control of your thoughts, and with that comes power over everything else in your life. The only thing holding you back is yourself—your own limiting beliefs and self-doubt—and once you realize this truth for yourself, there will be nothing stopping you from changing every aspect of who you are and what happens around you!
In the past, you knew this as well.
You knew that you could grow your business. You knew that you could make a difference in the world and help more people. You knew it was time to take action.
You also probably knew that day would come when you’d need to let go of something old, something holding you back from reaching your full potential in life—whether it’s an unhealthy relationship or an unresolved issue from the past—and welcome new opportunities into your life instead. But maybe it didn’t seem real until now…
Here’s the thing: you’re not the same person you were before. You’ve grown and changed, matured and evolved. You’re a different person than you were 10 years ago, and even five years ago.
You have new knowledge and experiences that shape who you are now. The world has changed since then—you must adapt to these changes too!
Let’s use it for our benefit.
Let’s use it for our benefit.
You may not be able to control everything that happens in your life, but you can certainly have a say over how you react to what does happen. You’re the only one who can decide what type of person you want to be, how much effort and determination you put forth into getting what you want out of life, and whether or not your goals are within reach. It all comes down to personal choice and effort—and no one else can make these decisions for us except ourselves!
Knowing what to do is helpful, but taking action is even more important. As Tony Robbins so famously said, “Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage.” So let’s take action today to make a change that we can be proud of. Let’s stop saying we will do better tomorrow and let’s just get it done. Stop making excuses, and don’t be afraid–you’re stronger than you think you are. The future is in your hands now.
